Ed Engoron has been providing services to the food and hospitality
industries internationally for over thirty-five years. His work includes
projects for full-service and fast food restaurants; hotels, resorts, themed
entertainment venues; parks, airlines and cruise ships; supermarkets,
specialty and convenience stores; food manufacturing and processing and
distribution companies in North America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
Ed has traveled to 137 countries and resided in Tokyo, Hong Kong, Paris,
San Francisco, Dallas and New York. He expanded his kitchen crafts in
Vienna, Beijing and Hong Kong.
Prior to his focus on food, Ed was an award-winning Hollywood motion
picture and television director, art director, and published writer.
