Paul Starbuck has worked extensively as a design consultant and project manager in the foodservice industry, both within the European Community and internationally within the Middle East for over 30 years. His work history includes Middle East brand management for the Ali Group, project management for Hobart UK and running his own international restaurant/foodservice design consultancy. Paul’s experience includes both working and living for extended periods of time in the United States, Europe and the United Arab Emirates.

Paul’s knowledge and experience covers the complete project life cycle from conception to detail design to on-site construction and hand over. As a qualified mechanical engineer, Paul also has extensive practical MEP knowledge experience and can contribute to a successful soft landing prior to project opening. His solid waste consulting experience offers each client a well-planned design from production to disposal that allows for a successful operation.
