Jonny Tindall began with humble beginnings in the Napa Valley, fed by an enthusiasm for cooking at his grandmother’s apron strings. Over thirty-five years, his passion for food has evolved into a broad palate of expertise in the food and beverage industries, built on foundations developed with The Culinary Institute of America and The Court of Master Sommeliers.
Though application of his culinary and beverage background was rewarding, he sought greater heights and shifted focus toward concept development, operations and marketing in years to come. These, paired with an ongoing passion for developing wine & spirits programs helped to shape his diverse skillet.
Throughout the past decade, he has been responsible for the conceptualization of numerous successful restaurant, retail, entertainment and winery hospitality concepts, both in and out of the United States. Further, he has launched and supported more than twenty internationally-distributed wine brands.
Leading with a management approach that reflects his passion for cultural development, quality, authenticity and aesthetic, he ensures that brand-voice is clearly communicated and delivered in the guest experience in every channel.
Jonny’s work has aided in the successful design, development and continued operation of numerous concepts throughout the country, including the Napa Valley’s Mustard’s Grill, Cindy’s Backstreet Kitchen, Celadon, Cole’s Chop House, Trinchero Napa Valley, BottleRock, Action Pack, Silo’s, Ca’ Momi (Winery, Enoteca, Osteria & Mobile Catering Divisions), Fior di Sole and JaM Cellars Studio. Further, along with Nicole, he was a key partner in the development of concepts in the United States Virgin Islands, including HAVANA BLUE, LOTUS and Fat Boys Bar & Grill.  He brings these skill sets to BWMG Design as Nicole’s right hand in developing many aspects of the food & beverage systems for the team.  Their strengths together through the years have awarded the concepts they have created multiple awards and press accolades.  They continue to add to this success for their clients.
