Fernando González De la Peña has 25 years of experience in operations,
developing managers and key personnel for the restaurant industry in
Mexico. Over the past two decades he has also planned, developed and
opened multiple concepts in Guadalajara as well as Mexico City, Puerto
Vallarta, and Playa del Carmen. His design and implementation of these
concepts has helped Fernando become fluent in the local Mexican building
code regulations.
Prior to settling into restaurant development Fernando worked with KPMG as a freelance consulting manager on their senior staff.
